Can you help finish the Peter Short film?

Can you help to finish the film on Peter Short’s end of life and advocacy for voluntary assisted dying? You can contribute to a crowd funding effort to raise the funds for the final editing of the film by going to the Fade to Black site.

You’ll find more information there about the project and why it’s important.  Peter Short was a Victorian 57 year old man, former executive at Wesfarmers/Coles with oesophageal cancer who died at the end of 2014. He used his last months campaigning for assisted dying legislation and had the comfort of knowing that Rodney Syme would assist him to die at the time of his choosing if his suffering became too great.

DwDTas made a donation for the making of the film and we would love to see it finished in time for the new Voluntary Assisted Dying Bill this year.
